TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At BM Edits, we strive to provide high quality media and edits to all customers. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all Customers, Partners, Products, Conversations, and Payments relating to BM Edits. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions upon submitting your first Work With Us request, you confirm that you have read and agree to all of the following below.
PRODUCTS
When beginning work on a Product, we will be open to design requests and ask that all related media be provided before work begins. We may ask for suggestions or opinions on designs, so please keep an eye on your preferred communication method. Upon delivery of each completed work, the Customer may ask for modifications (within reason), as well as the addition of media sourced later on. Payment for completed Products may vary based on work required, modifications needed, and other factors determined at the discretion of BM Edits. Any quote provided before completion of the Product is subject to change upon notification to the Customer. Upon delivery of the final Product and completion of Payment, the Customer will be given a link to a Customer Completion and Review form. Within this form, the Customer will confirm the finalization of their Product and agree to all relevant Terms related to their Product. Once a Product is confirmed finalized by the Customer, BM Edits holds NO responsibility to make further modifications. However, in certain cases (determined exclusively at the discretion of BM Edits), we may make minor modifications after finalization upon later contact by the Customer (modifications may be subject to further payment).

BM Edits reserves the right to refuse work on any Product at our own discretion.
BM Edits reserves the right to refuse work to any Customer at our own discretion.
BM Edits reserves the right to deny modifications to any active Product at our own discretion.
BM Edits reserves the right to terminate any existing Product at any moment at our own discretion and upon notification to the Customer.
If payment was made upfront (or partial payment) and we refuse to work with you, a refund will be issued.
PARTNERSHIPS
BM Edits will establish Partnerships with Customers that require various Products throughout the current and future. These Customers are referred to as Partners. The exact Terms for each Partnership are unique to the agreements between BM Edits and the Partner, as well as to the Partner's needs and demands. Pricing, delivery, and frequency all vary based on the agreed Terms between BM Edits and the Partner. These Terms will be explicitly provided upon establishment of the Partnership, and are subject to change upon notification to the Partner at the discretion of BM Edits. Partners are subject to the same Product Terms and will be given the same Customer Completion and Review form (as well as additional documentation as required) to confirm finalization of each Product/set of Products.

The Partner holds the right to terminate their Partnership with BM Edits upon request and signature of the Termination Paperwork. Failure to sign the Termination Paperwork may result in the loss of their Deposit, as well as the immediate denial of any future Product or Partnership.

BM Edits reserves the right to terminate any Partnership upon notification to the Partner, at any time and at our own discretion. Termination Paperwork will be automatically signed in these cases, but the Partner will receive notice and reasoning for the termination.
BM Edits also reserves the right to refuse work or modifications on any Product from a Partner.

PRIVACY
BM Edits takes your privacy seriously. All names, contact information, messages, files, and any other information provided will only be disclosed at the Customer's discretion. Pending Products will never be shared by BM Edits.
COMMUNICATION
Communication is critical for the success of any Product or Partnership. As such, BM Edits expects all Customers and Partners to respond to any message, whether via email, text message, or other service, in a timely manner. Failure to respond in an appropriate timeframe may result in the cancellation of a Product or the termination of a Partnership.
All communication shall remain professional and related to the BM Edits service(s), the Product, the Partnership, or the Terms.
The Customer or Partner is responsible for providing advance notice in the event of a contact change. Should a Customer or Partner change their email address, phone number, or other form of contact, they must provide the new contact method as soon as possible to keep communication active. Providing an email address and phone number gives two contact methods should one become unavailable.
USE OF WORK
BM Edits holds the right to use any finalized Products for their own promotional purposes. BM Edits may feature some finalized Products on the Our Work page or on social media. While the Customer has the right to use their finalized Product anywhere they'd like, BM Edits holds the right to use the Product as promotional media.
